Refund policy

We have a 14 -day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Custom Item are not returnable.

TTo be eligible for a refund, your items must be in the same condition in which they were sent, be unworn/unused, and be in the original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase or order confirmation email.

To let me know you'd like to start a return, please email me at rhartfulcreations@gmail.com and once your return request is accepted, it can be sent back. Customers are responsible for return shipping labels. Please do not send me a return without first contacting me as it will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Items not eligible for a refund include all apparel (as these are made to order), personalized items, monthly clubs or subscription boxes, digital downloads, gift cards, mystery grab deals, and sale items.

I am unable to offer exchanges on apparel/cups, desk mats and some journals due to these items being made to order.

 Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your refund has been completed and it will go back on your original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
