How long will it take for my order to ship?
Our current processing time is a 2 to 5 days from when the order is placed — I’ll happily check your order and give you an estimated ship date!
How long does shipping take once my order is sent out?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the postal service. Please note that occasional postal delays may occur, especially during holidays or busy seasons.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship worldwide. Sorry, may in time.
What should I do if my package seems lost?
Sometimes USPS or international carriers experience delays. A package is considered lost if it hasn’t arrived within 30 days of being shipped.
If this happens, please contact me — I’ll do my best to investigate and help find a solution!
What if my package says “delivered” but I can’t find it?
This can happen occasionally when USPS marks a package as delivered prematurely. Here’s what you can do:

Check around your porch, mailbox, or side doors.

Ask household members if they may have brought it inside.

Check with neighbors in case it was delivered nearby.

Contact your local USPS office with your tracking number — they can often check GPS delivery coordinates and help locate it.
Do all items qualify for free shipping on orders $45 +?
Yes! All items qualify except subscription boxes, the monthly bookmark club, and sticker club. These items ship separately from regular orders, so their shipping costs are calculated individually.
Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?
Sorry, discount codes must be entered during checkout. Once your order is placed, we can’t retroactively apply a discount.
If you experience an issue with a code, PLEASE contact us before placing your order — we’re happy to help!
Can you combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
Due to order volume and our processing system, we’re unable to combine separate orders once they’ve been placed. Each order is processed individually to ensure it ships quickly and accurately.
What if I was overcharged for shipping?
Doesn't happen often, but if it does...No worries — if our system charges more than the actual shipping cost, we’ll automatically refund the difference once your order is fulfilled.
